Coastal Connections at Surf Expo is designed exclusively for coastal retailers, delivering six educational sessions tailored to the unique opportunities and challenges of running a seaside store. Coastal Connections at Surf Expo will feature six educational sessions held Sept. 16-18, 2026. With two sessions scheduled each day, attendees can take advantage of valuable learning opportunities while still having plenty of time to explore the Surf Expo show floor between presentations. 

Coastal Connections at Surf Expo will be held in the meeting rooms at the Orange County Convention Center (West Concourse), 9800 International Drive, Orlando, Florida 32819.

We highly encourage retailers interested in attending any of the six educational sessions to pre-register to help us ensure sufficient seating and a great attendee experience. There is no cost to attend the sessions, and you must be registered as a retailer for September 2026 Surf Expo to participate. The first 100 attendees to arrive will receive a welcome bag filled with items from leading coastal brands. 

Coastal Connections at Surf Expo is produced by Seaside Retailer and Souvenirs, Gifts & Novelties magazines. Launched in 2022 as an extension of the Seaside Retailer brand, Coastal Connections brings the magazine's trusted insights, industry expertise and coastal perspective to life through in-person educational experiences.
